Il concerto di Aly & AJ previsto per il 10 marzo 2022 ai Magazzini Generali di Milano è stato annullato.


Quattordici anni dopo la pubblicazione di Insomniatic, Aly & AJ tornano con il nuovo album a touch of the beat gets you up on your feet gets you out and then into the sun.

Le sorelle Aly & AJ Michalka iniziano la loro carriera su Disney Channel, che prosegue in varie serie tv di successo tra le quali Phil Dal Futuro, Six Feet Under, General Hospital, Hellcats e iZombie.

Nel 2005, Aly & AJ pubblicano Into The Rush (Disco d’Oro negli Stati Uniti), trainato dal singolo No One, parte della colonna sonora del film Disney Ice Princess – Un sogno sul ghiaccio. Dopo gli album Acoustic Hearts of Winter (2006) e Insomniatic (2007) e una breve parentesi sotto lo pseudonimo 78violets, il duo rock pop fa uscire l’EP Ten Years nel 2017.

A touch of the beat gets you up on your feet gets you out and then into the sun è stato anticipato dal singolo Listen!!!, brano che cattura perfettamente l’essenza del nuovo album di Aly & AJ: un mix tra l’energia della West Coast, il legame indissolubile tra due sorelle e la loro innata sensibilità nel raccontare una storia senza tempo.
