About
A psychologist and psychotherapist, she is recognized as one of Italy’s leading experts on adolescence. Throughout her career she has worked closely with teenagers, schools, and families, combining clinical practice with public engagement.
She is the President of Associazione Alice ETS and serves as a consultant for major organizations including The Walt Disney&Co, Pixar, Mondadori, Fabbri, Giunti, and De Agostini. She is also a member of the IAP commission for women’s and children’s rights, and a contributor to Corriere della Sera, writing for 7 and la27ora.
Deeply committed to social issues, she created the “RispettaMI” project against gender-based violence and is an ambassador for “InDifesa”, the Terre des Hommes campaign. Since 2019 she has co-hosted a parenting segment on Radio Deejay alongside Alessandro Cattelan, and in 2024 she launched her weekly column “Scomodati” on SkyTG24 Insider.
As an author, she has published numerous successful books, including Mamma ho l’ansia (2016), Papà fatti sentire (2018), the series Una fiaba per ogni emozione (2018–2019), Mio figlio è normale (2020, a bestseller), the children’s series Impariamo a sbagliare (also translated abroad), Lo faccio per me (2022), Perfetti o felici (2023), and Io, te e l’amore (2024).
