Negrita Tickets

Negrita is one of the most original and distinctive Italian bands on the Italian music scene. The lineup consists of Paolo Pau Bruni (vocals, guitar and harmonica), Enrico Drigo Salvi (lead guitar and backing vocals), Cesare Mac Petricich (rhythm guitar and backing vocals), Giacomo Rossetti (bass guitar and backing vocals), Guglielmo Ridolfo Gagliano (piano, keyboard and cello) and Cristiano Dalla Pellegrina (drums).

The group formed in the mid-1980s in the province of Arezzo and, under the pseudonym Inudibili, began recording their first songs. In 1992 they decided to change their name to pay homage to the famous song Hey! Negrita by the Rolling Stones, which will bring luck to the group. Negrita are in fact noticed by producer Fabrizio Barbacci with whom they will sign their first record contract.

In 1994, their debut album Negrita was released, to be followed by nine others over the course of their long career. Among their most famous songs we can definitely remember Mama Maè from 1998, Tonight competing at the 2003 Sanremo Festival, the 2005 summer hit Rotolando Verso Sud and Andalusia, a 2019 single.

To celebrate their 30-year career, in 2024, Negrita released Negrita Trenta, a collection of their greatest hits plus Zingara & Spirito, a song written in 1993 and never released before.

In 2025, 7 years after their last album, Negrita are back with a new album entitled Canzoni per anni spietati. The album, anticipated by the single Noi siamo gli altri, contains 9 tracks including Song To Dylan, a song inspired by Bob Dylan, and a cover of Francesco De Gregori's Viva l'Italia.
