Fabo Herons Montecatini Tickets

Montecatini Terme Valdinievole Basket, or Fabo Herons Montecatini, is a new basketball club based in Montecatini Terme.

The history of Montecatini Terme Valdinievole Basket is short but incredibly intense. The club sees the light of day on June 11, 2021 and has as founding members Montecatinians Joe Borghetti, Filippo Laico, Andrea Luchi, Gianluca Meucci, Lorenzo Rattazzi, Stefano Severi, and Davide Zinanni. Luchi, a manager with experience at the highest European level, is chosen as president, Severi is his deputy while Meucci completes the board as a director. The team takes the name Herons, Herons in English, which are the symbol not only of Montecatini but of the entire Valdinievole. The corporate colors are red and blue, identifying local basketball for more than 70 years, with the Montecatini Sporting Club achieving incredible results, making Montecatini a 14-year Serie A basketball town at the turn of the 1990s.

The club has its own “Code of Ethics,” which every member must abide by and in which a firm commitment to sustainability, inclusion, fairplay, and the health and well-being of athletes and members is enshrined.

The venue for Montecatini Terme Valdinievole Basket's home games is the PalaTagliate in Lucca, a state-of-the-art multi-purpose facility in Italy, prestigious and functional.
