About
Coez, stage name of Silvano Albanese, is known for being a member of the hip hop group Brokenspeakers together with Lucci, Bruno Cannavicci from Snais and Franz and Nicco of Circolo Vizioso.
Coez has debuted as solo artist with the album Figlio di nessuno followed by the EPs Fenomento and Senza mani.
The rapper achieved fame with the album Non Erano Fiori, via Carosello Records. The album ranked in the top 10 of FIMI’S Album Chart thanks to its pop sounds and the help of the artist Riccardo Sinigallia.
Coez has collaborated with the rappers Gemitaiz and MadMan for Instagrammo, with Marracash for A Volte Esagero and with Carl Brave and Franco126 for Barceloneta.
Coez is one of the most famous artists of the Italian music scene and he is known for his ability to combine rap and songwriting. In 2015 Silvano put out Niente che non va preceded by the famous song La Rabbia dei Secondi.
In 2017 Coez released his fourth album Faccio un casino including the hit Faccio un casino, Taciturnal con Gemello, Occhiali scuri with Gemitaiz and STABBER, E yo mamma and La musica non c’è.
Faccio un casino was followed by the album È sempre bello, featuring the homonymous song, Domenica and La tua canzone.
Coez latest work is the album Volare put out in December 2021 and preceded by the songs Wu-Tang, Flow Easy and Come Nelle Canzoni certified platinum. Volare includes the collaborations with Neffa, Guè, Gemitaiz, Noyz Narcos, Massimo Pericolo, Salmo and Brokenspeakers.
The last project by Coez is the joint album with Frah Quintale, Lovebars, released on 8 September 2023 and anticipated by the single Alta marea.
