Can I change my address after purchasing my tickets?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the shipping address after your purchase. Please keep your address up-to-date in the Account section. In case of failure or incorrect communication of the address we cannot be held responsible for any delivery to the wrong recipient.

How does the "pick up at the event" of my ticket works?

For pick-up on site, it is sufficient to show up on the day of the event at the box office with the printed confirmation email and a valid ID (no photocopies). If the owner of the order is in the name of another person, it is necessary to present a written proxy signed by the heading, a copy of his identity document, and your original document mentioned in the proxy.

Which payment options do I have?

You can order your tickets with your credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Encoded processes ensure complete protection of your sensitive data.

Was my order successful?

After your order with Ticketmaster, you can check on your Ticketmaster account to see if the order has been successfully processed. Under "My Tickets" you can find an overview of your orders, where your detailed order should show up after max. 60 minutes. You will also receive an email order confirmation. Please also check your spam folder if the confirmation shouldn't be there within 60 minutes.

Can I cancel, change, or return my tickets after ordering them?


As soon as your order has been received, an automated processes makes sure that your tickets are first blocked for you, and then printed. An order is therefore in its own closed cycle and can not be changed for security reasons. As soon as a ticket is printed, it is considered as sold to the specific customer. Therefore we can't accept any cancellations, changes, or additional wishes for tickets.

Can I also buy tickets for events outisde of Italy?

We only sell tickets for events that take place in Italy. But Ticketmaster has branches in many countries. Please visit our international section in the Footer for further informations.

Why can't I choose the eTicket option?

If eTickets are available for a specific event depends on the local setup of the event and is ultimately a decision of the event promoter. Therefore we unfortunately can't sell eTickets for every event.
