Zucchero, stage name of Adelmo Fornaciari, is one of the most loved Italian songwriter and musician in the world. Zucchero is one of the main Italian exponents of blues. Throughout his career the artist sold more than 60 million copies followed by world tour and collaboration with artists like Andrea Bocelli, Miles Davis, Sting, Luciano Pavarotti, Joe Cocker and Eric Clapton.
Zucchero debuted in 1982 at Sanremo Music Festival with the song Una Notte Che Vola Via followed by the homonymous album in 1983. The songwriter from Reggio Emilia achieved the fame in 1985 with the song Donne which become a real hit.
The consecration of Zucchero arrived in 1987 with the album Blue’s certified platinum with more than 1,4 million copies old thanks to songs like Pippo, Con Le Mani written by Gino Paoli and Senza Una Donna.
Among the most famous songs of Zucchero we can recall Baila Morena, Diamante, Il Volo, X Colpa di Chi?, Vedo Nero and Bacco Perbacco.
The latest work of Zucchero is the album Discover released in 2021 and including the songs Ho Visto Nina Volare featuring Fabrizio De Andrè and the cover of Luce (Tramonti a Nord Est) together with Elisa.
