Gli Stereophonics, il miglior gruppo emergente ai BRIT Awards 1998, hanno debuttato con l’album “Word Gets Around” (1997), trainato dai singoli “Local Boy in the Photograph”, “More Life in a Tramps Vest” e “A Thousand Trees”.
Dopo il successo ottenuto nel 1999 con il secondo album “Performance and Cocktails”, gli Stereophonics hanno pubblicato gli album “Just Enough Education to Perform”, “You Gotta Go There to Come Back”, “Language. Sex. Violence. Other?”, “Pull the Pin” e “Keep Calm and Carry On”, “Graffiti on the Train” (2013), “Keep the Village Alive” (2015) e “Scream Above the Sounds” (2017).
“Kind”, il titolo del nuovo album degli Stereophonics uscito il 25 ottobre 2019, è stato prodotto dal frontman Kelly Jones insieme a George Drakoulias (Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, Screaming Trees, Primal Scream).
