Snarky Puppy in an American instrumental ensemble led by bassist, composer and producer Michael League. The band was founded in Denton, Texas, in 2004.
The first release by Snarky Puppy was The Only Constant, in 2006, but they became famous in 2014 with We Like It Here.
The band of We Like It Here has released two albums, such as The World Is Getting Smaller, Bring Us the Bright, Tell Your Friends, GroundUP, Amkeni, Family Dinner – Vol. 1, Sylva, Family Dinner – Vol. 2, Culcha Vulcha and Immigrance and two live albums, Live at the Royal Albert Hall and Live at GroundUP Music Festival and has collaborated with artists such as Bukuru Celestin, Lalah Hathaway, Jacob Collier and the Metropole Orkest.
Snarky Puppy has won four Grammy Awards.
