After peaking at #1 on the British Album chart with their sixth studio album “We Are Not Your Kind” and performing a sold-out show at Mediolanum Forum in Assago last February, Slipknot are coming to Italy on July, 26 2022 at Castello Scaligero in Villafranca di Verona.

Slipknot are an actual cultural phenomenon: they gained international stardom after their records debuted at #1 in the United States, Australia, Canada, Japan, Ireland, Belgium, Finland and reached the top 3 in Germany, France, Norway, Italy, Holland and New Zealand.

“We Are Not Your Kind” contains the songs “Solway Firth”, “Birth Of The Cruel” and the lead single “Unsainted.” The song’s official videos directed by M. Shawn Crahan immediately trended on YouTube internationally, with “Unsainted” ending up being of the most viewed videos for 24 hours. The band scored over 58 million views in just two months.

As regards the new European Tour, Slipknot’s frontman Corey Taylor claims: “It's always great to be back to touring in Europe and in the UK. No matter how many times we have been here, it is always extraordinary, and we look forward to it every time! We want to play in any cities we like! One thing is certain: here are the BEST audiences in the world!”.
