One of the first exponents of Prog Rock of the 60s, the band of Gary Brooker and Geoff Whitehorn is considered one of the most influential bands in the history of rock music.
Procol Harum’s music career began in 1967 and, after a break in 1977, it restarted in 1991 and has never interrupted ever again.
Besides performing all over the world, Procol Harum went back to the studio. On April 2017 the band released Novum, their twelfth studio album after 14 years.
Speaking of Procol Harum, the magazine Metallized wrote: “After 50 years from their foundation Procol Harum are still able to create significant albums, thanks to their class and experience. Experience but also novelty, due to the lineup changes in last few years. These changes could give necessary boost to carry on a name which is still today a synonym of high quality”.
You can’t miss the prophets of the orchestral sound!
