After the successful tour of 2022 and 2023, Pinguini Tattici Nucleari will be back in 2024 with a new tour performing from the main Italian venues:

Pinguini Tattici Nucleari, the indie rock band whick ranked third at the Sanremo Music Festival with the song Ringo Starr, took their name from the Scottish beer Tactical Nuclear Penguin.

The group of six musicians was born in Bergamo in 2010 where they started to perform at Spazio Polaresco, a location dedicated to emerging live bands. In 2015 at Spazio Polaresco Pinguini Tattici Nucleari also won the musical competition Nuovi Suoni Live.

Cancelleria, included in the debut album Il Re è Nudo, is one of the most famous songs of the band. The album Diamo Un Calcio All’Aldilà (2015) was followed by Gioventù Brucata (2017) which includes the songs Verdura and Irene. In 2017, the band of Tetris performed on the Light Stage of the Sziget Festival in Budapest. In 2019, Pinguini Tattici Nucleari were one of the main acts of the Core Festival in Treviso.

Fuori Dall’Hype – Ringo Starr is the new edition of the homonymous album which includes the song dedicated to the Beatle which brought the band on the podium of Sanremo Music Festival, the new releases Bergamo and Ridere, the live version of Cancelleria and the acoustic version of Irene. Antartide is the new song of Pinguini Tattici Nucleari, taken from the album Fuori Dall’Hype and certified golden. During Sanremo Music Festival the band performed a medley of the most famous songs in the history of the festival such as Papaveri e papere, Nessuno mi può giudicare, Gianna e Sarà perché ti amo.

In 2021 Pinguini Tattici Nucleari returned at Sanremo Music Festival for the evening dedicated to covers where, together with Bugo, the band presented the song Un’Avventura of Lucio Battisti. During the same year the band has collaborated with Bugo also for the song Meglio, with Madame for Babaganoush and with Ernia for Fermi a Guardare.

On December 2, 2022, the band released the new and highly anticipated album Fake News certified platinum and containing the successful singles Giovani Wannabe, Dentist Croatia, Ricordi, Coca Zero and Rubami the night.
