About
Pat Metheny is the musician who pushed the limit with his jazz guitar.
The world-famous guitarist will present his new project Side Eye, a constantly moving musical situation, to the audience of the Gran Teatro Geox of Padua with the collaboration of emerging artists met while touring. Pat Metheny is always looking for inspiration and experimentation, he always listens to new talents and invites them to perform during his shows.
Pat Metheny will perform with the drummer Marcus Gilmore, the grandson of the drummer Roy Hayems who was gifted his first drums set at the age of 10 and played with Steve Coleman, Ravi Coltrane, Vijay Iyer, John Clayton, Chick Corea, Ray Barretto, Branford Marsalis, Jimmy Heath, Wycliffe Gordon and Roy Hargrove, and with one of the emerging pianists and keyboardists of the modern scene, James Francies.
You can’t miss the guitar genius!
