All about Måneskin

After their many nominations at the American Music Awards and the success of their latest single The Loneliest, Måneskin will return to Italy in 2023 for two stadium concerts:

  • 20 July, 2023 - Rome, Olympic Stadium
  • 24 July, 2023 - Milan, San Siro Stadium

Onsale 18 October at 11:00!

Måneskin, the most famous pop rock band of the moment, is composed by Damiano, Victoria, Thomas and Ethan.

The group, whose name means moonlight in Danish, became famous in 2017 after participating in the eleventh edition of the talent show X Factor, during which Måneskin ranked second.

In 2017 Måneskin released the first EP Chosen, containing the homonymous hit, and in 2018 they released their first official album, Il Ballo della Vita, anticipated by the single Morirò da Re and featuring the hit Torna a Casa.

In 2020 the band released the single Vent'anni, but the turning point for Måneskin is 2021: they won Sanremo Music Festival with their hit Zitti e Buoni, featured in the album Teatro d'ira - Vol. 1, and then partecipated in Eurovision Song Contest, winning the competition for Italy 57 years after the last time.

The victory of the Eurovision Song Contest allows Måneskin to establish itself as a worldwide phenomenon. Beggin', their cover of the song by the Four Seasons, reached the top of the list of the most listened songs in the world by Spotify and Måneskin collaborated with the godfather of punk Iggy Pop on the song I Wanna I Wanna Be Your Slave (certified silver, platinum and gold in major countries and at the top of the Spotify viral charts) and released the single MAMMAMIA. They were guests at the world-famous The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, at The Ellen DeGeneres Show and at Saturday Night Live and started Loud Kids Get Louder world tour.

Måneskin have performed on some of the most important stages in the world, such as the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, the MTV Video Music Awards 2022, the final of the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 in Turin and at the main European festivals, including the Rock am Ring, besides opening the Rolling Stones live on 6 November 2021 in Las Vegas.

Their cover of Elvis Presley’s If I Can Dream is featured in the soundtrack of the film Elvis, directed by Baz Luhrmann, and in August 2022 Måneskin became the first Italians to win an award at the MTV Video Music Awards, with the song I Wanna Be Your Slave in the category Best Alternative Video.

Måneskin’s latest single, released on 7 October 2022, is The Loneliest. The Loneliest is, in the first 24 hours of release, the most listened song in the world, as well as getting more than 1.2 million views on YouTube.
