The Canadian singer of Colombian origin released her debut single “Figures” in 2016. The latter is featured on Reyez’ first EP “Kiddo” (2017). Jessie Reyez received four nominations at the Juno Awards 2018, taking home the award for “Breakthrough Artist.” In 2018, Reyez was handpicked by Halsey to open her North American tour.
Reyez’ second EP “Being Human in Public” got nominated for “Best Urban Contemporary Album” at the Grammy Awards 2019.
Jessie Reyez’ debut album “Before Love Came to Kill Us” came out on March, 27 2020 and was preceded by the singles “Figures”, “Imported” featuring 6lack, “Love In The Dark” and “Ankles.”
Jesse Reyez is also featured on Black Atlass’ “Sacrifice” from Fifty Shades Freed soundtrack and has worked with Eminem, Kehlani, Daniel Ceaesar, Lewis Capaldi, Karol G, Dua Lipa, Calvin Harris, Romeo Santos, Bea Miller and Sam Smith.
