In 2011, James Blake release his homonymous debut album, followed by “Overgrown” in 2013, which was awarded the prestigious Mercury Prize in 2013. Nel 2016, James Blake released his third studio album “The Colour in Anything”, which rose to the top of the Billboard200 Top40 Chart e the U.S. Dance/Electronic Chart.
In 2018, James Blake worked on the soundtrack of the Marvel movie “Black Panther”. In particular, Blake collaborated with Kendrick Lamar, Future and Jay Rock on “King’s Dead” and again with Lamar on “Bloody Waters”.
Throughout his career, James Blake has worked with Brian Eno, Kanye West, Drake, Beyoncé, Jay Z, Frank Ocean, Bon Iver and has performed at the most important international festivals such as Coachella, Glastonbury and Primavera Sound.
His latest album “Assume Form” is arguably his most direct, eclectic and pure artistic statement to date and features several collaborations with with Travis Scott, André 3000, Metro Boomin, Moses Sumney and Rosalía on “Barefoot in The Park”.
