I Good Riddance sono un gruppo musicale hardcore punk statunitense formato nel 1986 in California.

Legati a sonorità californiane mostrano però un'attitudine e influenze tipicamente old school e si fanno promotori di una denuncia di carattere socio-politica parecchio schierata che dribbla la retorica e i luoghi comuni per approdare a una visione molto personale della società e dei mali del mondo.

Rilasciano il primo EP "Loaded for Bear" nel 1990 e il primo album "For God and Country" nel 1995.

Dopo otto album e cinque EP, nel 2007 il gruppo decide di sciogliersi. L'annuncio del loro ritorno arriverà cinque anni dopo nel febbraio del 2012.

Ad oggi i loro lavori più recenti sono l'album "Peace in Our Time" (2015) e "Thoughts and Prayers" (2019).

La band è composta da Russ Rankin (leader e voce), Luke Pabich (chitarrista), Chuck Platt (bassista) e Sean Sellers (batterista).
