Ghali Amdouni, AKA Ghali, is an Italian rapper. Born in Milan on 21 May 1993 to Tunisian parents, he has always lived in Italy, specifically in Baggio, a suburb of Milan.

Between 2014 and 2016 he published on YouTube a series of songs accompanied by videos with a cinematic cut, which led him to a growing popularity; today his channel exceeds 600 million views.

On 26 May 2017 Ghali released his first album titled Album with the independent label he founded Sto Records. The album was the fifth best-selling album in Italy in 2017, received triple platinum certification and includes some iconic pieces such as Habibi, Ninna Nanna (both 3x platinum), Pizza Kebab and Ricchi dentro (both 2x platinum).

On 26 January 2018 Ghali released his single Cara Italia, an iconic song that has surpassed 130 million views on YouTube, being certified triple platinum within a month and staying consistently at the top of the country’s airplay charts for weeks. An extraordinary success that marks the culmination of a 4-year journey that brings Ghali to the fore as a true reference of Italian urban music.

After the international collaborations with Ed Sheeran and Stormzy, Ghali released the single Boogieman with Salmo, which on Spotify has been heard 2 million times in a week, while the video on Youtube has exceeded half a million clicks in a day. The song has been at the top of the FIMI/GfK singles chart since the first week of its release.

In 2020 Ghali participates in the 70th edition of the Sanremo Music Festival as a super guest to present his new project DNA, which comes out on 20 February 2020 proving immediately a great success; the album becomes platinum in just three months so, like the singles Boogieman and Good Times (which will also remain for 6 consecutive weeks at the top of airplay radio).

Also in May 2020, DNA +, the digital repack of the album containing 4 new unreleased tracks embellished with important collaborations; Cacao with Pyrex, Boogieman RMX with Don Patricio, Hasta la vista RMX with ANNA and Milf with Taxi B.

In 2022 Ghali released the album Sensazione ultra, which contains collaborations with Marracash, Axell, Madame, Digital Astro and Baby Gang.

In late November 2023, in an unexpected way, Ghali announced the release of his fourth album of unreleased tracks, titled PIZZA KEBAB Vol. 1, which was officially released on 1 December 2024. The album includes 14 tracks and collaborations with Tony Effe, Pyrex, Side Baby, Simba La Rue, Luchè, Geolier, Draganov, Digital Astro and Soolking.

Ghali will participate in the 2024 edition of the Sanremo Music Festival with the song Casa mia.
