About
Dimitri Vegas is a Belgian DJ of Greek descent.
He began his DJ career at the young age of 14. In 1999 he left Belgium and began touring Europe until the end of 2006. During these years he becomes resident DJ at major clubs such as Privilege and Space in Spain and Amnesia and The End in Greece.
In late 2006 he starts working with his brother, Like Mike, on their debut track as a duo: “Cocaine / Eivissa 2007”. In 2010 they participated for the first time in Tomorrowland, an event for which they also made the anthem together with Dada Life and Tara McDonald.
Over the years the duo grows more and more so that they are twice ranked as the number one DJs in the world in DJ Magazine's Top 100 DJs list. In addition to their successes, there are also numerous important collaborations with the likes of Afrojack, the Nervo sisters, Fedde Le Grand, and singer Julian Peretta.
