Inspired by the bands Red Hot Chili Peppers and Primus, Cory Wrong learned to play bass and guitar at an early age after taking piano lessons. The musician, songwriter, arranger and producer from Minneapolis, the city of Prince, has always established himself as a motivator through his music, like Tony Robbins.

Cory Wong has appeared on television shows such as The Voice and played with Questlove, The Blind Boys of Alabama, Bootsy Collins, Blake Shelton, Vulfpeck, Fearless Flyers and Jon Batiste on stage.

Cory Wong's solo debut dates back to 2017 with the eclectic Cory Wong and the Green Screen Band, which was followed in 2019 by Motivational Music for the Syncopated Soul.

The energetic and contagious blend of funk, the technical skills, the hilarity and the light he brings to the stage have made Cory Wong a renowned musician and a great soloist. His guitar heros are Dave Williams (Madonna, Michael Jackson) and Paul Jackson Jr (Luther Vandross, Anita Baker).
