About
Born from the fusion of elements of rock ‘n roll, punk, indie and rap, Bilk's style cannot be pigeonholed. Featuring charismatic singer and guitarist Sol Abrahams, joined by Luke Hare on bass and Harry Gray on drums, Bilk's music appeals to today's youth, with songs about partying, love, growing up and life in modern Britain in general. The band has a strong following of die-hard fans who sing every lyric at the shows they play and have tattooed the iconic snail logo. Bilk have grown from strength to strength with multiple sold out tours and appearances at major festivals across the UK, filling the stages of Reading and Leeds festival, Boardmasters, Kendal calling and TRNSMT festival amongst others. After releasing their debut album in 2023, the band is set to release their second album, ‘Essex, Drugs and Rock and Roll’, early next year, on 24 January 2025. In February 2025 they will embark on their biggest headlining tour to date, with shows across the UK and Europe. With frenetic shows that sell out, funny and witty lyrics, riffs that rival the greats and choruses to sing along to, Bilk are a band not to be missed.
