Arctic Monkeys, one of the most important bands in the world, will be back in Italy for two unmissable shows:

  • July 15 2023 - Ippodromo SNAI La Maura, Milan - I-Days
  • July 16 2023 - Ippodromo delle Capannelle, Rome - Rock In Roma

Arctic Monkeys are one of the most famous British bands. The group was born in High Green, Sheffield, in 2002 and consists of Alex Turner (voice, guitar and piano), Jamie Cook (guitar), Matt Helders (drums and choirs) and Nick O’Malley (bass and choirs).

Arctic Monkeys debuted in 2006 with Whatever People Say I Am, That’s What I’m Not which become the best selling debut album in the music history of the U.K. with more than 1 million copies sold in eight days. The album includes the songs played by the band at their first shows like I Bet You Look Good On The Dancefloor, Dancing Shoes, Fake Tales of San Francisco and When The Sun Goes Down.

Arctic Monkeys’ debut album was followed by Favourite Worst Nightmare (2007) including the iconic songs Fluorescent Adolescent and Brainstorm, Hamburg (2009), Suck It and See (2011), AM (2013) featuring the songs R U Mine? and Do I Wanna Know with more than 1 billion streams on Spotify and Tranquility Base Hotel & Casino (2018).

The latest work of Arctic Monkeys is the album The Car released in October 2022. The album was written by the frontman Alex Turner in Los Angeles and was produced by James Ford (Florence + The Machine, Depeche Mode, Gorillaz). The first songs taken off the album were There’d Better Be a Mirrorball, Body Paint and I Ain’t Quite Where I Think I Am.
