5 Seconds Of Summer are a pop rock band founded in Sydney in 2011. Luke Hemmings, Michael Clifford, Calum Hood and Ashton Irwin are four talented young musicians that went from uploading videos of cover songs on YouTube to climbing the international charts with the debut single She Looks So Perfect.
The official singles off Youngblood were Want You Back, Youngblood, Valentine and Lie to Me.
5 Seconds Of Summer’s brand-new album CALM came out on March, 27 2020 and was preceded by the singles Easier, Teeth, No Shame and Old Me. Easier has reached over 140 million streams on Spotify and more than 37 million views on YouTube. Teeth, featured on the soundtrack of the third season of 13 Reasons Why, saw the collaboration of Rage Against The Machine’s legendary guitarist Tom Morello and OneRepublic frontman Ryan Tedder.
5SOS mix 90s punk music and early 200s boy band pop sonorities. Five Seconds Of Summer cited Green Day, All Time Low, blink-182 and Boys Like Girls as inspiration.
